Dorset Red Cheeseburger

    Shopping list

    • 250g / Enough Dorset Red to cover your burgers
    • 4 beef burgers
    • 4 burger buns
    • Salt and pepper
    • Toppings of your choice
    1. Step 1

      Season your burgers with salt, pepper and any other herbs/spices you wish to add.
    2. Step 2

      Fry your burgers either side for a few minutes until you get a good colour on them.
    3. Step 3

      Place your slices of Dorset Red onto your burgers and cover fying pan with the lid, allowing the steam to melt the cheese.
    4. Step 4

      Serve burgers as you wish.
