Renowned for their creamy texture, our truckles have a rounded and rich flavour.
Our truckles will pair well with a deep red wine such as a malbec or merlot. Or if you prefer a sweeter option all of our cheddars pair well with a cider.
Mature Cheddar Truckle, with its rich, crumbly bite, pairs wonderfully with crusty bread, caramelised onion chutney, and a glass of robust red wine. For a lighter touch, enjoy it with crisp apples or crunchy celery.
