As we head into the final months of 2025, there’s much to celebrate at Barber’s. It’s been a remarkable year of record production, innovation, and teamwork all driven by the dedication of our people across every part of the business.
Our award-winning cheddars have enjoyed another successful show season. From smoked and truffled varieties to the much-loved Coastal range, Barber’s cheeses have continued to earn recognition both at home and overseas.

Cheese-making has reached new heights, with production at full capacity through spring and summer and continuing strong into autumn. Our engineering and operations teams have been working tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly, ensuring that every block of Barber’s cheese meets the high standards we’re known for.
Despite one of the hottest and driest summers on record, our commitment to Nature Positive farming remains stronger than ever. Across our farms, wildlife-friendly planting is thriving and biodiversity is increasing. New facilities have been upgraded to enhance the welfare of our cows during the winter. From greener pastures to cared for cows, we’re proud to be farming for the future.

This autumn also brings new beginnings within the team. We’ve welcomed fresh talent to key roles, blending family heritage with new expertise to strengthen the business for the years ahead. We’ve also celebrated long service milestones, retirements, and the arrival of new family members. Wonderful reminders of the people and stories that make Barber’s special.
As the festive season approaches, production lines are buzzing with activity and excitement. From our dairies in Somerset and Dorset to export partners around the world, everyone is focused on delivering another successful Christmas season.
